Applications for residency at Alex Laidlaw housing cooperative can be made by mailing in a completed printable application form to Co-op's address that appears at the top of the form.

The application form is in portable document format that requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it. If required, the Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from the Adobe Acrobat website here.

To be eligible for residency at ALHC the applicant should be at least 16 years old, be a Canadian citizen or hold landed immigrant status in Canada. Successful applicants will be selected by an interviewing panel of ALHC membership committee.
